Galveston Bookshop - (409) 750-8200

I own my own used bookstore and routinely travel to the Rosenberg Library for their annual book sale. And I have to always stop in at Galveston Bookshop where it's always relaxed, clean, well-organized and always helpful.

Another Strand-area bookstore, this one featuring used books, this is worth a stop if you are in the area, especially during the winter when the shop is a little quieter. It also has a great selection of new Galveston hurricane books and some other historical selections. I like it here - but due to the distance, I save my visits for when I'm looking for a specific book on Galveston.
