Conned After the cruise, there was a mix up in rental van reservations with Enterprise so we were in a fix because we had to catch a plane in Houston. We hired two taxi vans to take the fifteen of us to the airport in Houston. After taking off, the driver, Michael, said it was $85 for 1 to 4 people and he called in to see how much 7 people would cost and came back with $175. That seemed strange to us because the sign in the taxi said after 4 people it was $5 per extra person which would have made it $100. Anyway we paid the $175 plus a $20 tip. Then found out that one of our members in the second van paid for both taxis with $250, neither taxi driver said anything. So we were doubly taken - first being charged way more than we were supposed to be and then paying for these taxis twice without them telling us. We are very upset and, if ever, we visit Texas we will be a lot less naive.
