Struggling to Pay For Prescription Drugs?  Our Patient Assistance Programs are for people who struggle with the cost of paying for prescribed medications in addition to their other living expenses! These programs are available to persons considered low income and to Seniors on Social Security or Social Security Disability.  All programs are in partnership with your Doctor or Health Care Provider. To qualify you must NOT be signed up for Medicare Part D, or have prescription drug coverage of any kind! All assistance is based on your last year's tax statement or your verification of benefit letter amount from Social Security for this year. Here's what you need to do: 1. Write down name /dosage of each drug you take.2. Know your & Spouse's Social Security Number(s)3. Know your exact amount of yearly household income.4. Write down name ,address, & phone numbers for Doctor you are prescribed medications from.5. Call  SE TX State Rep Jeni Haines1 888 241-1722 toll free and apply over the phone! MedWise has years of expertise to handle all the different pharmaceutical requirements and will complete all the paperwork needed to implement these programs as an Advocate for you.
